Sandy moved to Atlanta in 1971 and began renovating houses. After 5 years she developed her first 35 home sub-division as well as building spec homes in the range of $125,000 to $1,200,000. With her building success she wanted to give back to the community so she purchased low income apartment complexes and renovated them to provide safe and affordable housing for low income families. She received national attention for her work in the low income housing business and her ability to keep drugs off her properties. She ahs retired from the apartment business and has returned to her love of building homes. Her attention to detail and her insight as to what is important and what a family wants in their home is exciting.
