Heritage Homecrafters, LLC is a collaborative effort of three experienced home builders. Their goal is to combine their own unique experiences, ideas, and skills into a single company with the purpose of building the highest quality homes. The members are as follows: Bob Bush is a native of Atlanta, growing up in Brookhaven. He attended the University of Georgia, receiving a BSED in 1981. The same year he earned his Real Estate license from the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. Bob started his first building company the following year in 1982, and obtained his Brokers license in 1988. Bob has built and developed numerous homes and subdivisions in the Atlanta area. Andrew Hanna attended Appalachian State and the University of Georgia, working in construction to pay for his education. He has been in the construction business for 11 years with experience in remodeling, spec homes and custom homes. He has overseen the construction of 21 new homes in recent years. Thomas “Tripp” Barnes is a native of Atlanta. He attended the University of Georgia where he received a BAS in 2000. He built his first houses the following year, and has overseen the construction of 22 new homes to date.
